Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bluebell and Moss.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time all orders are aimed to be processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic there may be significant delays in shipment of your order.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please email our support team at hello@bluebellandmoss.com if you are experiencing any delays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if you have eligible tracking. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bluebell and Moss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Should your product arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Any claim for damaged items will only be accepted with accompanying photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged product. The matter will then be taken up with The Royal Mail or other shipping agent and a replacement organised.
